GroundControl is East Auckland’s longest-running Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy, with over 20 years of building confidence, fitness, and practical skills in a safe, ego-free environment. Led by 3rd-Degree Black Belt Head Coach Mike Fooks, we deliver structured, curriculum-based martial arts training for all ages and fitness levels.
